Connecting businesses with verified suppliers to make procurement faster, fairer and more transparent.

This agreement is between you and ProcurePartner and applies to every buyer and supplier on the marketplace. Members accept these terms once, at signup or during profile setup, and the acceptance date is recorded on their account.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ProcurePartner marketplace, available at procurepartner.app. By creating an account, completing onboarding or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
ProcurePartner operates an online marketplace that connects buyers issuing Request-to-Quote requests with verified Australian suppliers. The platform is a venue for businesses to find and transact with each other; the supply contract for any deal is formed directly between the buyer and the supplier.
You must be a bona fide business to use ProcurePartner, and the details you provide (company name, contact details, business category and location) must be accurate and kept up to date.
Each business maintains one account. You are responsible for the actions of any sub-users you invite into your workspace, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
ProcurePartner verifies Australian Business Numbers (ABNs) against the Australian Business Register and displays the resulting GST registration status on Request-to-Quote requests and quotes, so counterparties can confirm they are dealing with a registered business. ABNs are masked during the bidding stage and only revealed after a contract is finalised.
Suppliers must provide a current Certificate of Currency for their insurance, which the platform extracts and displays with their quotes.
For sensitive actions — wallet top-ups, contract acceptance and fee payments, purchase order confirmations and cancellations — the platform requires step-up identity verification via an emailed one-time code or an authenticator app. A verified session lasts 60 minutes.
Buyers must issue Request-to-Quote requests with accurate requirements, budgets and deadlines. Each Request-to-Quote accepts a maximum of 5 quotes, after which bidding closes automatically.
Suppliers must submit genuine quotes reflecting prices they can honour, and must have the resources (stock or labour) available to fulfil the order as quoted.
All deal communication must take place through the platform's chat. Contact details are masked while bidding is open, and messages are screened for fraud and off-platform solicitation. Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees is a breach of these terms.
The Sourcing and Verification Fee is 2% of the accepted contract price, capped at $1,000 per deal. Suppliers on the One-Time Joining tier also pay a flat $99 match fee (excluding GST) on each accepted contract.
All platform fees attract 10% GST. Fees are calculated by the platform's fee engine, shown to you before you commit, and itemised on tax invoices that record the buyer and supplier ABNs.
A contract is formed when a supplier accepts a contract offer and settles the platform fees — from their wallet or by card. Offline bank-transfer invoices are issued with 14-day payment terms and are marked paid once the deposit is confirmed.
Delivery, quality and payment of the contract price are settled directly between buyer and supplier. ProcurePartner is not a party to the supply contract.
A purchase order may be cancelled within 14 days of the contract being accepted. The cancellation charge is capped at 5% of the contract value (excluding GST), with 10% GST added on top. The charge includes the 2% Sourcing and Verification Fee portion (capped at $1,000), which is retained by the platform; the remainder (up to 3% of the contract value) is credited to the supplier's wallet.
Outside the 14-day window, no platform cancellation process applies and the parties settle any dispute amicably and directly.
The monthly plan is $199 per month excluding GST ($218.90 including GST). For suppliers, it removes the $99 match fee on accepted contracts. Direct reorders with connected suppliers are free for buyers — no subscription or per-deal platform fees apply. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Suppliers may top up their wallet by card (instant) or bank transfer (confirmed by the platform once the deposit arrives). Wallet balances are used to settle platform fees, and cancellation reimbursements are credited back to the wallet.
We collect and process your account details, ABN and GST data (obtained from the Australian Business Register), uploaded documents and marketplace activity to operate the platform, verify businesses and prevent fraud.
Supplier and buyer contact details are masked during bidding and shared with the counterparty only once a contract is finalised. We do not sell your personal information.
You must not submit fraudulent or misleading quotes or Request-to-Quote requests, offer illegal goods or services, misuse another business's details, or attempt to move deals off-platform to avoid fees.
Feedback and reviews must reflect genuine experiences. ProcurePartner may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.
ProcurePartner facilitates matches and payments but does not warrant supplier performance, delivery or product quality. Buyers and suppliers resolve delivery disputes directly, using the platform's feedback and buyer-concerns tools to record outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, ProcurePartner's liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the platform fees you paid on the deal in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app, and continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
